PLEASE COME OUT AND HELP CLEAN UP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Neighborhood Volunteers will be conducting, with the help of the Department of Public Works, and the VCU Student Government Association, a neighborhood COMMUNITY cleanup, Saturday, OCTOBER 30, 2010. Volunteers are needed!! We will meet at 7:45 AM on the corner of Harrison and Idlewood Streets, and clean-up will start at 8:00 AM. We will walk the Randolph areas within the borders of Grayland, Harrrison, Colorado, and Meadow, and pick up trash in the streets, parks, and other public areas.
Can’t make it out Saturday morning?
If you cannot join us please consider sprucing up your own yard—raking leaves, refreshing mulch, planting fall flowers, etc.
Possible Pot Luck After the Clean-up
If any of you are interested in a potluck celebration afterwards in either Thomas (Randolph St.) or Jones Park (Idlewood Ave.), please let us know:
Email the-randolph-community-group@googlegroups.com or call 804-827-3611 if you have questions.
We look forward to seeing you then!
